Me.

I'm Faissal — AI consultant based in The Hague. While researching an AI agent for restaurants during my entrepreneurship course, I kept hitting the same wall: the platform owns the relationship. I saw it in restaurants. Then I walked into a hotel and saw it again. Same trap, different industry. That's when I stopped researching and started building.

I build intelligent systems for a living. DavidDirect is built differently because of it — no bloat, no middlemen in the tech either.

This didn't start behind a screen. It started in restaurants in Delft, hotels in Den Haag — talking to the people the platforms exploit.
